To maintain supply to you during this time of necessary social distancing and whilst Quench is closed, Whyte have updated their procedures, temporarily adding Home Delivery as an option for Whyte Click and Collect customers.
When placing an order for Home Delivery using Whyte Bikes website, please:
- Type “Home Delivery” in the notes field in the Basket.
- Enter your postcode and select Quench as your chosen local Whyte dealer.
Whyte will then administer the Home Delivery option manually and contact you directly to arrange the best options currently available in your area.
Whyte will still support us with the sale whilst we are closed and bike sales will still route through us but will be delivered directly from Whyte’s UK workshop. When we reopen, we will invite you and your new Whyte bike to come in for a complimentary ‘6 week’ safety check and any fine tune adjustments required to improve the set-up of your bike.
These special Home Delivery options will be available for the duration of Covid-19 social distancing requirements. Home deliveries will only be available to the address where the payment card is registered, or to the home address shown on the v12 Finance agreement.
In addition, we will also send you a free pro service voucher for you to use later in the year.
